Our History

As the inventors of Change Management and Programmable Device Support (PDS) software, we have consistently delivered innovative solutions that are now considered benchmarks of excellence in industrial automation. Our early products provided the ability to compare the program running in a device with a reference version and produce detailed comparison reports and electronic notification of changes. In 1989, we released the first comprehensive change management system to manage the automated manufacturing software environment. Today, over 4,700 end users in numerous industries worldwide have selected products from MDT Software to effectively manage an increasing array of software on the plant floor.
