Increasing Productivity and Safety

From airports to newspaper printing, we provide automation change management
software to users of advanced automation around the world.

Your company has made a considerable investment in control software to maximize production. By effectively managing changes in program logic with MDT AutoSave, automation assets are safeguarded and your investment is protected from costly errors and downtime.

AutoSave tracks changes in PLCs, robots, human-machine interface systems, CNCs, welders, drives and workstations to ensure proper rollback/recovery data and audit trails exist. In addition to providing rollback and recovery, it periodically queries your automation devices and compares the code running in the processor with the latest revision stored in the AutoSave Server. If a mismatch is detected (indicating someone went around our system to make a change) we send notification to key personnel highlighting the mismatch along with information pinpointing the changes.

As a trusted provider of disaster recovery and change management solutions, over 4,700 end users in numerous industries worldwide have selected products from MDT Software to effectively manage an increasing array of software on the plant floor. MDT’s AutoSave is the corporate standard for plant automation device management in many of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the world. Our customers include:
